Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open the referenced page.
2.  If the problem is not seen (the jsp may need knowledge of previous pages), then:
3.  Start at http://www.usa.canon.com, click on Office, then click on Products
and the malformed page should appear.

Actual Results:  
The page displayed was simply malformed.

Expected Results:  
Produce uniform left and right justification of the sections.
