This site sometimes works, but for the last two days, only html displays.  The
site renders correctly with Internet Explorer, and has worked with this version
of Firefox in the past

Actual Results:  
html is displayed

Expected Results:  
rendered it as a visible web site

This bug was reported before, see  264383
The server sends the content as text/plain, and Mozilla/FF just listen to what
the server says, which is the correct behavior. IE doesn't, and that's a bug in IE.
