This bug is a regression between this and yesterday's build.
Download manager can't open, image cannot be saved, downloading a file results
in an error box rather than a "Save as" dialog.

Actually, after getting a crash while files were downloading, I can't open
download manager in 20050116 build either. Guess this was broken before.
I tried fresh profile, but it didn't fix it.

Deleting downloads.rdf solves the problem, so I guess it somehow gets corrupted
on crash or on updating. I, however, still don't understand how creating fresh
profile didn't fix it.
