Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools=>Message Filters : Observe 'R' on 'Run Now' button is underlined
indicating an accelerator key
2. Select a FilterRule
3. M+R or C+R

Actual Results:  
The list shifts to place the selected filter on the bottom-most line,
The "enabled" indicator is cleared

Expected Results:  
Effected pressing the "RunNow" button: thus Run the selected Filter

It's true that any unmodified character (at least, those I tested -- but not 
just R) or Ctrl+char will toggle the enabled item.  I can't confirm the Linux 
behavior with the Meta modifier, but under Windows, Alt+R (which is the expected 
accelerator) activates the button and runs the filter.

Do the other button accelerators (e.g. M-U or M-D) work as expected?
