The last documentation line is a little too long and should be split in 2 lines
at least. But that looks fixable upon checkin.

I was going to ask about tests since we have unit tests for most stuff in
Bugzilla::Util now, but I guess it would be hard to test this since it depends
on external data on the filesystem :)
