When saving a file of the same name as an existing file, FireFox hangs in the
modal dialog, "An item.... Do you want to replace...."  Neither cancel nor
replace buttons function.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load any page (example, http://www.nytimes.com/gst/pop_top.html)
2. save the page (default name pop_top.html)
3. save again (same name)
4. "Do you want to replace" modal dialog appears

Actual Results:  
5. neither cancel nor replace buttons do anything
6. no menus function
7. firefox program hangs
8. (secret) command-period will cancel and bring back file navigator

Expected Results:  
The replace button should replace the file.
