The sample table in www.w3c.org/TR/html4/struct/tables.html (see below) is not
displayed right: any rendering hints in the HTML code (like align) or those in a
style sheet are completely ignored.  Rendered OK in IE.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy table into HTML page
2. Display the page
3.

Actual Results:  
Cell content is rendered with default options (headers are bold and centered,
normal cells are plain).

Expected Results:  
All CSS entries should work.

Same output on Linux and Windows XP.
