User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Mozilla Firefox 1.0

Within the last 2 days I have been unable to open or download any PDF files
from any website. I was able to do so last week.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Search "topic"
2.Select website from search list that is in PDF format
3.Attempt to open or download the file - cannot do either

Actual Results:
The website address appeared as a folder title in Firefox, but no image
appeared on my monitor, nor did any file get downloaded to my computer

Expected Results:
As it did last week, Firefox should have opened a new folder, displayed the
PDF file on the monitor, and permitted me to save the file in the hard drive
folder of my choice.
Did you install Acrobat 7.0 recently? If so, then bug 278950 might be the same
problem.

Yes, I had installed Acrobat 7.0 a couple weeks ago --I checked Bug 278950
but did not find any solution to the problem there. Please advise me what to
do.
I can't reproduce this bug (after removing the space between ..._e/ and ima...
in the URL field above). You could try the instructions in bug 278950 comment 1.
This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
