I'm using spurlbar exstension which uses different way of adding sidebar than
'open this bookmark as sidebar'. It works alright. But when I uninstall the
exstension while my sidebar is open then that sidebar left there forever.
Nothing can close it. (Even close button aint' working). Only thing you can do
is to reinstall extension, close the sidebar, then uninstall extension. Then
everything is ok. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install (spurlbar, wikalong) extension 
2. Open sidebar
3. Uninstall extension

Actual Results:  
sidebar left on open for ever.

Expected Results:  
Sidebar should dissapear after extension has uninstalled.
