everything is fine with the page except that the images do not load.  Works fine
in IE.  The source code for the page looks pretty vanilla, with no funny stuff.
 The only slightly unusual thing is that the page is an "shtml" page.

Reproducible: Always
You wouldn't happen to have messed with the image settings in
Tools->Options->Web Features would you? Unchecking "Load Images" or checking
"for the originating web site only" would cause the symptoms you describe.
No response from reporter, closing.
