I reported a situation where downloads from the web to a Lexar 64 meg jump drive
froze the jump drive to adding data. I reported this on bugzilla and the Mozilla
Quality Feedback window appeared on my desktop. I tried to submit the bug but
nothing seems to happen and the window stays on my desktop or in the bar across
the bottom of my desktop. 

I would like to get it off the desktop and know that the bug has been reported.
I don't know if the bug weill come back or not. It seems to be intermittent and
specific to the 64 Meg Lexar. In the meantime I have an extra item stuck on my
desktop. 

Hope this helps you folks. I guess the stuck quality feedback is another bug.
But who said life is supposed to be easy.

Bill:  Has the Quality Feedback window gone away?  If not, go to you components
directory and open talkback.exe.  Let me know what you see there.  Try to
manually submit any incidents that are still in the queue.  If it does not go
through, just delete that incident and close the window...that should get rid of
the Quality Feedback window.
