2005011808 (v0.8+), Mac OS X 10.3.7

Pretty much what the summary says...invoking cmd-d or the menu item makes the
blue highlight around the Bookmarks menu flash, but the sheet never appears. 
Once you've opened the BM in a session, all works as normal.  Tested with a
fresh profile as well, same result.

I think this began with this official NB (I saw it in the unoff. build from the
17th), but I don't have any older builds around at the moment to test for sure.
 Certainly a regression from 0.8.2 :-)
