27895 - Typical Install of commercial build does not install talkback

I am seeing this problem for the past 2 days.

Steps:

1. Get the 'Netscapesetup.exe' file to install seamonkey.
2. While proceeding through the installation steps, select the 'Typical' install    
   radio button. 
3. Go ahead with the installation.
4. After the browser installation is done, observe that talkback does not get    
   installed.There is no master.ini or talkback.exe file.

this is as designed.  See http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24297
it's currently set to 20% of the time to be installed.

Essentially, if you want to make sure it gets installed, choose custom and make 
sure it's selected.
