- check you imap mail with no password saved
- the dialog will prompt you for a password
expected:
- dialog comes up in standard dialog position on monitor with window
actual:
- dialog comes up at 0,0 regardless of which monitor the window is on.

centering is a tricky thing. danm and pink had muttered something about fixing
the centering problem. moving out for now until I hear more back from them.

Verified on win32. Need to verify on linux and mac.

Build 2000-05-25-08M16: Mac 9.04
This appears fixed on the Mac also. Will check Linux next.

Verified Worksforme. The password prompt dialog appears in the middle of the
screen.
