User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 When attempting to view video streaming from MSNBC the screen changes to download software options (IE, media players). I have all of these installed. If I access MSNBC via IE, there is no problem. Although I access the net via Firefox, I still have IE resident and as default browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. NA 2. 3. Actual Results: NA (see above) Expected Results: Loaded video from existing drivers via Firefox. Apparently this site sees that you are accessing it via a non-IE browser.
