Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050106 Camino/0.8+

The whole page refreshes when you zoom in/out or go north/south/east/west. It
should not do this - only the map should refresh.

Similar website workings will probably work similarly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
none needed; self-explanatory
This isn't possible unless the html is changed to make it so. This isn't a moz
issue but a feature you want from mapquest.

Phil what IE does is a bit sneaky. It appears as if it's not reloading the page
while it actually is. You can see by looking at the progress bar. What it does
is wait for all the data comming in and the quickly updating the page while you
are kept there thinking it only updates the image while in fact it updates the
whole page.

As I said nothing can be changed, mapquest is set up like this. The controls are
link to other pages and that's it.
