Details 
Quicktime Plugin installed: ver 4.1

1. Inatall and launch today's commercial build (2000021509m14)
2. Visit the url mentioned above.
3. As the movie plays, click on the button at the extreme right.
4. A pop up menu with 2 enabled options "Plug-in settings" and "About Quicktime 
   Plug-in" opens up.
5. Click on any of these options to open a window.
6. Clicking on any button in the new window crashes the browser.
