Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041223 Firefox/1.0 (Firefox-Comm-Ed-mmoy-1.0-P3W-X9)

In recent trunk builds (I'm pretty sure it regressed on 1-18), new tabs show the
wrong URL in the location bar. The page is blank as expected, but rather than
having a blank location bar, it instead shows the URL from the previous tab.

Hitting reload clears the location bar. Switching to another tab and back to it
also clears the location bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open browser window to site (say, google.com)
2. Open new tab
3. New tab will be blank and location bar will say google.com
>Gecko/20041223 Firefox/1.0 (Firefox-Comm-Ed-mmoy-1.0-P3W-X9)

It is not standard build.
And there is no problem in official nightly build.

Well, like I said in my original post, it was tested on a trunk build. It's not
a wise idea to assume I use the same build for daily browsing as I do testing.

However, it turns out the reason for the bug was due to a bad patch (Bug
169826), so the resolution of the bug as invalid is still correct.
