I think it was a good future in Outlook 2003 that you can set a working priority
for Mails. So you can mark a Mail in working prioritys like this:
verry high (red)
high (...)
middle high (...)
middle (...)
middle low (...)
low (...)
verry low (...)
and
done (green)
It Outlook this was a state right from the read/not read and displayed with a flag.
Can we set that on the todo list for the next version? :)

Bye,
   Sven

Reproducible: Always
you can use labels for this - use the Message | Label | menu.

I miss there a done!
If it was there, too, I think that was ok!

Tools | Options | Display - you can customize the labels however you like
(though you can only have 5)

Can we not extend that to 8 or so? I think it was good to add a done funktion
like it was in Outlook 2003!
