Go to http://www.tvtome.com/
Middle click in an empty spot on the blue table on the left so the mouse
scrolling indicator appear.
Now get the cursor away from the indicator and then move it back to it.
The background changes from transparent to brown.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
This is a problem with transparent 'fixed images'.  See bug 215720.  (Which is a
dupe of bug 198062).
