If you are download a bunch of downloads and some ahve completed and you have
cleaned up the download manager window it still says 2% of 20 files even though
tthere is only one active download and no other downloads in the window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download a file let it complete
2.download another file (preferably a bigger one and click clean up right after
the first one is finished. you will see 10% of 2 files on the window title.
3.



Expected Results:  
if there is only one active download and one download item in the window it
should say 10% of 1 file.
