In Privacy "Clear" buttons there is no confirmation dialog whatsoever. I deleted
my cookies by mistake, and I don't see a reason not have this dialog.
I mean, we even have a confirmation dialog when closing multiple tabs, should
there be ones for Clear cookies/history/etc?
