Details

In composer (editor.xul), the words "Title:" and "Author:" of the toolbar are
hardcoded (build 2000-02-14-16).
Should move to dtd.
These items were an experiment; they have been removed.  Resolving this as fixed 
since the strings were removed from editor.xul.
