we need the account for this?
That component currently has "general@xbl.bugs" as the assignee instead of
hyatt...  did this get done with a different account name, or do we need a new
account?
This bug is no longer really relevant, since the assignee for Core::XBL is now general@xbl.bugs, per comment 2. I'm going to morph it into "give Core::XBL a watchable default QA and change it's default assignee to nobody@mozilla.org". It would also be good if general@xbl.bugs could be renamed xbl@core.bugs, as long as that doesn't affect watchlists.
