When I click tools and extensions , nothing shows up. When I go to the extention
site, I get the install box but just get an hour glass. In short , I can't
install any extentions. I was in adblock and try to allow one of the blocked
images and lost all extention usage.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on extention , nothing
2.Click on install, nothing
3.Click on install, get install box , hour glas only

Actual Results:  
Nothing happened jsu an hour glass

Expected Results:  
Installed the extentions like i had done before
