When I click FILE, EDIT, BOOKMARKS, etc. there is only a long verticle line that
shows and no content to access.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up the home page and select BOOKMARKS.
2. Bring up the home page and select TOOLS.
3. Bring up the home page and select HELP. 

Actual Results:  
All give me the same verticle line.

Expected Results:  
Given me the options under Edit, Bookmarks, Tools, etc.
Works for me. Try creating a new profile.
