cache directory points to wrong directory

Windows stores userprofiles at %userprofile%. Almost everything is roamed in
here, so "application data" is, too. The cache directory is at "application
data" and therefore roamed which makes no sense.
Please change cache location to "%userprofile%\local settings\application data"
to increase usability or add a feature which makes it possible to define a
flexible directory (redirecting to a static directory is a security problem
because e.g. c:\temp would be readable for everyone on a multi user system).
