This prompt box has some kind of status bar and when it's complete, it just pops up again. Something is screwed up. I've looked everywhere on the forums for a solution but could not find one. Is this a common problem and can it be resolved? Reproducible: Didn't try

I also have the same problem with Windowns XP Professional with Service Pack 2. Every time I try to shut down my computer, the Ending Program pops up for Firefox and SMax4PNN, even though all my Firefox windows have been closed.
