The problem is pretty basic: After opening a page that has
AOLMediaPlaybackControl.exe running in the backround (to serve up some music)
trying to type in any text box will activate the find function. The first letter
you type shows up in the text box, but anything further just goes in the find
bar.  If you close that tab and try to type in a text box in another tab, the
problem remains so the browser must be restarted. Another interesting note:
After a minute or two of being idle it goes back to normal. The website I
included is just a random example of any website with the same problem. Here's

Blocking AOL Media Playback Control via firewall doesn't seem to help either.
Neither does emabling/disabling the "begin finding as you begin typing" option help.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the website listed, or any using AOL Media Playback Control
2. Try to type anything into a text box.
Actual Results:  
The first letter appears in the text box, but also in the find box. Anything
after that only appears in the find box.

Expected Results:  
The text should only appear in the text box, and not activate any find.

AOLMediaPlaybackControl.exe I have seen used primarily in xanga websites
(http://www.xanga.com/) as the default program for backround music. This bug
occurs on multiple computers that I and my friends own. The computers were set
up independently with different looks and feels and such, but all happen to run
Windows 2000.

I also have this same problem happen to me (typing in form fields moving to the
findbar) but this xanga site does not cause it to happen when I visit it. I
can't find any pattern to the occurrences.

Happens for me with the latest trunk build

Does not have anything to do with AOLMediaPlaybackControl.exe in my case - it
seems to happen randomly.

Happens quite often for any reason (nothing to do with plugins in background) :( Really frustrating, cannot reproduce – happens randomily..
Which bug is registered (if any), for this – randommed – case?

I'll try to monitor recurrences of this annoying bug.
