I have a in one of my frames a .swf document normally it would load in the
browser but it requests to be opened in flash player and the spot where it
should be on the page is blank

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a link to a .swf document

Actual Results:  
it requested to be opened in flash player and the spot was blank

Expected Results:  
opened in the browser

If the content header specifies "attachment" this will happen.
