I had to clear my CMOS, which reseted my system clock. (year 2002)
I started Windows, started download of 36MB video, then
I changed system time (year 2005). Instead of 2 hours remaining, download shows
150000 hours remaining.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set old system time (2 years back is good)
2.Start large file download
3.Set new system time
4.Look at download info

Actual Results:
Download rate, Time remaining, Time elapsed show misinformation

Expected Results:
Show real information
