Build Identifier: After launching firefox I get an Alert: The operation timed out when attempting to contact www.google.com.  

After launching Firefox the application times out while attempting to contact 
www.google.com.  I don't have this problem with IE.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Firefox from desktop
2.Page appears but times out before being able to contact www.google.com
3.Same thing happens when I tried to contact www.yahoo.com

Actual Results:  
I can't get past this point.  It worked the first couple of times but hasn't 
since.  I've downloaded Mozilla 2x already.

Expected Results:  
Produced the google page.

Do you use a firewall or a proxy ?

When using my mous #4 button to open firefox (always set to open web browser),
status says "connecting 1..." then times out. If i click the home button or type
in the address it works normally, just when i first try to open the browser.
