When downloading large files (1+ GB), such as a Linux DVD ISO image, the file
size and transfer rate is negative in the Download Manager component.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a large file (1+ GB)
2. View Download Manager
Actual Results:
Negative file size and transfer rate is displayed
Expected Results:
Display actual file size and transfer rate
