The links to the Seamonkey Help bugs are wrong. People might get the impression
that we don't have any open bugs... ;)
Changed a heading on the page as well: "Mozilla Suite Help Viewer (Seamonkey)"
is now called Mozilla Suite Help (Seamonkey). Feels more in line with the
corresponding Firefox heading.
