I include www.stgeorge.com.au into the ALLOWED SITES from the
options/security/block PopUps but still  I cannot log on unless I disable 'Block
Popup Windows' 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.within the Stgeorge.com.au website "Online services" click  logon
2.Firefox prevents this site from opening
3.

Actual Results:  
nothing other then site has been prevented from opening

Expected Results:  
After allowing this site to my list of allowed popups it should allow me to the
logon site
