279435 - Do not resize images to 0,0 when changing src

If you mouse over the icons at the bottom left of seamonkey apps just after
loading mozilla (so you haven't already moused over them), some change size a
couple of times.  biesi suggested removing

and dbaron said that seems ok, so long as the image is resized to 0,0 in the
event that the new image fails to load.
