When I move from one email folder to another, often a new window will open which
will show
an open preview window.  

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on folder or
2. select a message
3.

Actual Results:  
A new Email window will sometimes open with the email preview pane open, even
though I
have the preview pane option set for "closed". 

Expected Results:  
For switching folders it should do nothing more than move me to the new folder.
Selecting a message should highlight that message only.
