Not really. That bug is about the a link to
<http://www.mozilla.org/oji/status/OJI-Security-Overview.pdf>. They are similar
though.
Ok, so at revision 1.17	someone said he checked in 2 PDF files which he did not.

Trying to CC that person for clarification.
