In print preview of http://mpcon.org/apacheguide/  , from 4th page onwards the 
top left page coordinates are not ok. Result is last 4(total 18 pages ) pages  
are just white .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://mpcon.org/apacheguide/
2.Go to File --> Print preview
3.In prrint preview , go to page no 4 .
4.Check the top left coordinates.

Actual Results:  
The top left coordinate  will not be (0,0) and it is increasing page by page.

Expected Results:  
The top left coordinate  should be always (0,0).
Worksforme, Mozilla 2005-01-22-05 and Firefox 200-01-11 trunk Linux.
I can reproduce the problem in Firefox 1.0 on Linux.

This has most likely already been fixed.
Arul, could you try a recent Windows build please?
