toolbars does not change when i refresh (F5) during print preview

When i open print preview of any page and press F5 to refresh it goes back to
normal page view but the toolbar stays the same as in print preview and the
close button doesn't do anything. I had to close the window and start a new one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File > Print Preview
2. press F5 to refresh
3. and here you are

Actual Results:  
toolbar stays in the print preview state and the page is already in normal and
tabs are shown.

Expected Results:  
stay in print preview, just refresh the page in the background.
