When there are more bookmarks than will fit in a column, I would prefer that
that they display in a multicolumn fashion instead of seeing "scroll arrows" at
the top and/or bottom of a single column. I feel that this should be configurable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the Bookmarks button and navigate through the menu

Actual Results:
Scroll controls appear at the top and bottom of the menu column.

Expected Results:
Multiple columns should be displayed, similar to setting StartMenuScrollPrograms
to "NO" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Advanced
in the Windows Registry.
