After installing the Trunk build (0.6+) of the 1.0 release, when starting, it
shows the incompatible extensions, but not the incompatible themes.

After uninstalling all the incompatible extensions, and re-starting  it will
then show the incompatible themes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a 1.0 theme and a 1.0 extension
2. Install the Trunk build (0.6+) and restart
3. Start TBird Trunk, you'll see the popup for the incompatible extension
4. Uninstall, and restart to see the popup for the incompatible theme



Expected Results:  
Shouldn't both popups show one after the other ?
