The text div is absolutely positioned with a specified width and padding-right.
It seems to me that the css spec:
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/visudet.html paragraph 10.3.7 implies the padding
is  outside the specified width rather than inside so Firefox is correct and
I.E. incorrect. Can I have a second opinion on this before informing the site owner?
