279515 - Opening a JPEG attachment the OK button is grayed out

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: version 0.6+ (20050123)  also have it with .9 and 1.0

When I try to open a JPEG attachement in Thunderbird .9, 1.0, .6+ (20050123)the 
ok button is grayed out.  I can save the file and it works normally. I have 
tried to change the appliciation file to open with and no help.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mail with jpeg attachment
2 [review].double click on the jpeg attachment
3 [review].select open with PSP9
4.OK button greyed out
Actual Results:  
I can not select ok.  Can not open the file

Expected Results:  
it should open the jpeg in Paint Shop Pro 9

I have seen this problem in ver .9, 1.0, and the currently nightly build
