279555 - Russian spellchecker doesn't recognize Ё character

Whe i use Ё character in letters, spellchecker offers to replace it with Е
character.
I've got an idea how to fix this bug - before actual spellchecking replace Ё
Into Е and make check then.
By the way, the right handling of Ё you can see in M$ products.

You should install dictionary with support of Ё letter. See https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3703/

That dictionary works well. I think this dictionary should be default in ru-RU locale.
