Pretty much as the subject says; it would be nice if, when the mouse is hovering
over an entry in the contacts sidebar, the email address popped up as a tool-tip
for a short time. This gives immediate feedback on whether you've got the right
entry, without having to turn on the email field display, resize the window and
bar appropriately, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose email
2. Open contact bar
3. Hover over entry

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
email address displayed as tooltip
