After localisation to nl-NL, the properties window is too small, for example on
the Navigator pane, and on some others, too.  On the right-hand side, some
buttons/text just drops off.  And you can't adjust the size.  This doesn't occur
when I switch back to en-US.
This seems to happen only when there are several frames next to each other, or
when there is a button to the right of some text which gets longer after
translation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install nl-NL from http://mozillanl.mozdev.org/
2. Restart your browser
3. Bewerken -> Voorkeuren... when in a Navigator window.
3bis. also on Mail & Nieuwsgroepen -> Vensters; Navigator -> Geschiedenis;
Privacy & Veiligheid -> Formulieren; Chatzilla; Chatzilla-> Vormgeving;
Geavanceerd -> Proxies.



Expected Results:  
The window size should adjust to the text

properties) or the preferences window (edit/preferences)?

Of course I mean the Preferences window, sorry for the confusion.
(I _can_ change the size of the image properties window).

That would be nice, but the windows size is set for en-US, see also:

Note that the window size can be changed, if needed, in localized versions of
Mozilla, so this should be a problem.

I guess you mean "should NOT be a problem".

Yeah, I simply typed *#not (which is a macro) but that doesn't seem to work in
this browser version :(

A suite bug can't be dependent on a firefox bug. And changing this to the right
component.
