A forum site I use http://debbiesreviews.proboards35.com/index.cgi?board=Cuba
does not show the linked icons in the black bar at the top of the page nor in
the orange bar above the subject header.
By running my cursor across both bars, it will indicate with a pointed finger when
I am above a link but I dont know what the link is.
I have to go to Netscape in order to post to this forum

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://debbiesreviews.proboards35.com/index.cgi?board=Cuba
2.under the top title of Debbie's Caribbean Resort Reviews Forums -CUBA, you
will find a black bar
3.Slowly run your cursor along this bar and you will see that it indicates a
link but does not show what it is?????

Actual Results:
nothing

Expected Results:
shown what the links are
