The 'unknown file size' progress bar moves from left to right in a repeating
cycle.  However, each time it reaches the right hand side it causes a horizontal
scroll bar to appear on the download manager and then disappear moments afterwards.

This causes the horizontal scroll bar to appear and disappear continuously while
the window is open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a large file with an unknown file size (I used ThunderbirdSetup.exe)
2. Open the Downloads window.  Enlarge the window so there is plenty of room.
Actual Results:  
Horizontal scroll bar appears and disappears as the progress bar goes through
its cycle

Expected Results:  
No horizontal scroll bar should appear as nothing is overlapping the edge of the
window

I'm using 20050217 build and standard theme on Windows / Linux.

Confirmed, fairly recent firefox 1.0+ on linux. Saw it with:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/sunbird/releases/0.2/sunbird-0.2-i686-linux-gtk2+xft.tar.gz
(from http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/sunbird_download.html ).

An easy testcase is usually an ftp download using a http-proxy (ftp over http).
This causes (in a lot of cases) an undetermined filesize.

It seems the cause of the appearing progress bar is the bar going over the edge
of the download window, but the bar is not visible on the right side, so nothing
is over the right edge of the window.

Resolved - WFM ? Or has there been a chekin that might have resolved this?
