I upgraded to a Mac, so i can't check what the site should look like in IE.
Can you provide a reference screenshot?

Yes, it’s definitely broken. There should be a menu in the top heading (it’s empty in Firefox). The rest seems OK.

Seems like a pretty important site as well, the educational labor union.

The top menu seems to be constructed entirely using javascript. When I try to open /scripts/tmenu.js, it prompts a download dialog, and the error window also shows a lot of CSS MIME type errors, so I suppose the server isn’t configured to properly serve .js and .css files. Don’t know whether this is the cause of the problem though. A whole lot of errors in the JS console.

A-Net internet services should be ashamed of themselves!

Site looks to me like it's been redesigned (looks NOTHING like the screenshot in comment 4), as I'm seeing identical display in Camino trunk, Firefox 2, and Safari 3, and I'm not seeing any errors in the Error Console. Comment 2 describes a legitimate TE problem, so FIXED.
